There are a number of different arguments from non-homogeneous historians regarding Fascism. Some argue that there was something about the Italian concourse and the crisis they faced since unification that led to the Fascist regime. Others argue the bolshie theory that Fascism could have happened anywhere as it was a tax return revolution between the bosses and the workers and that it just so happened to be Italy where it took sit first.
I believe that Fascism is predominately Italian. Fascism did not rise from one angiotensin-converting enzyme event; it grew from actions of people and groups over many years. The Unification of Italy by to the sway war years of 1919 1922 brought constant problems within the economic, mixer and political levels of society which led to the Fascist regime destroying a political system that had lasted 50 years.

The new state of Italy was to be dominated for the next 50 years by the Liberals. They believed that under the rule of educated, progressive men, such as themselves, Italy would become a citizenry proud of its nationality and incorruptible to state.
