Think active it, every day youll be somewhere around town, all you can think more or less is how much you hate the town and everyone in it. Isnt that a nice thought? No, not really. All hatred does is to spiel stress on yourself. This rule improves my life because after recital this passage, I realized that life is too short to hate something that is not worth your time. Instead of despising someone or something, you could just ignore them/it and continuing living your life, dont spend every day dwelling on something that is surely not your time and realize what life is really about.
