Do we truly have the immunity to say or do whatsoever we wish? If nighone walked into a delicatessen and just send-offed cursing what would happen? They would probably enamour kicked proscribed of the store. If someone went up to another person and punched them they would probably start a fight and then get thrown in jail and brought up on charges of assault. Even though not everyone accepts the right to say what ever they unavoidableness, anything and everything can be considered emancipation of speech because we can say whatever we want whenever we want and granting immunity of speech can reach up to freedom to act or freedom of expression, but there may be consequences.
The First Amendment to the unite States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that expressly prohibits the United States Congress from making laws respecting an establishment of religion or that prohibits the free exercise of religion, infringe on freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of press, limit the right to pacific assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievance.(U.S. Const. am.

What the freshman amendment does not state is, there are certain exceptions, Exceptions constituted by the courts to the First Amendment protections include the following: Defamation, Causing panic, fleck words, Incitement to crime, and Obscenity. If we were truly free we would not have exceptions to our freedom of speech amendment.
