As we have spoke, my interest in the graphics world and its surrounding presence in business and such has found me in the oddest of areas. So sitting there for about twenty or so odd minutes I was able to create quite a a liking for this Agostini gentleman, only wishing to someday avow one of his impressions as I found a rival I really liked.
With this I decided to do tender a little biography and interesting information on this artists, and also wondered if you had ever heard of him and what you thought about his art. Max-Agostini lived from 1914-1997, and is forthwith currently represented by Janet Greenberg, to be further explained. He was dubbed the master of Contemporary Impressionism and with that came quite the pieces of art.
Max-Agostini, of Corsican origin from his grandparents, was born(p) in 1914. He discovered his talent for Impressionistic painting while studying at the Paris Beaux-Arts School.
He was drafted into the French army for five years during the Second World warfare and became a prisoner of war for three years. During the postwar years, he was already recognized as an excellent portrait and decorate artist in Châteauroux, where he lived for several years. Later, he move to Gargilesse in the Berry region, and to Provence. He died in January 1997, but create his greatest canvases fair a few days just before his hospitalization.
