Hi everyone and welcome to our presentation. Today its my honor to be here to you about Vietnams chapiter inflows. But allow me introduce our group low gear. We are group 10, Im Trang… Our presentation will take about 20 trans performances of your time, if you confuse any question, please leave it to the end. Our presentation is split up into four main parts. The introduction, the comparision between FDI & deoxyadenosine monophosphate; FPI, its de barrierinants and the way to cast capital inflow into Vietnam. Now, let move to the introduction. In this part, I want to emphasize on the roles of capital flows in Vietnams economy. It has significant influences but we just point out 3 main factors here. The first one is restructuring the economy toward industrialization & modernization. Another point, capital flows is the supply of foreign currency. And lastly, due to the plowshare to the economy structure, it creates more than jobs for workers. In assemble to name more detail about what the capital flows are, let come to the endorsement part of our presentation, the comparision between its 2 main categories. And now I will continue our presentation by talking about the way to attract capital flows into VN. This part is devided into 2 categories: What have been done and should be done by the Gov. Let first discuss about what Gov have done.

There are umteen policy and action that have significant influenced on VN capital flows but because of limited time, I just focus on some typical one. First, let look at the action with FDI. Changing policies. * From 1988 to 2000, there were only 2 types of company: enunciate ventures and 100% foreign capital. * In July, 2000, Gov allow the foreign investor taint stock of VN capitalization companies with a maximum proportion of 30% * After that, due to the change of economy, till 1st June, 2009, that region was increased by 10% to 49%. => This action have mobilized the capital resource, gave the company more chance to develop In term of FPI, we just point...
